Consortium Volunteer At Atma
Gati is Atma’s Consortium that supports schools to adopt and implement inclusive policy and practice. The objective of this role is to support the Consortium team in executing the pilot run of the Gati programme. This involves outreach to schools and conducting self-reviews (with Gati’s own inclusion self-review tool), while collecting feedback to advise the team on program changes for review. The Consortium Volunteer will be working closely with the Gati team to inform and guide Gati’s pilot strategy.

The fundraising and communications manager will closely work with the core team and assist in the development of strategic and operational goals for fundraising.
Head of Programs At Apni Shala
The Head of Programs will be responsible for the development and management of children and teachers' programs at Apni Shala.
Corporate Partnership Manager At Bright Future
A Corporate Partnerships Manager is responsible to work with the CEO and core team to develop strategic and operational corporate partnership goals for Bright Future, make plan of action and execute the same. The manager will scout for and tap potential CSR Funding Sources, HNIs, PSUs, Institutional Funders and other sources who are interested to support interventions in Education and Livelihood sector. Developing proposals and pitching it to donors, donor engagement and planning and executing fundraising events will be some of the responsibilities of the manager. The manager will also work for building relationships with the new corporate partners for placement tie-ups for youth, Mentors and Volunteers and Guest lecturers for the aspirants.
Center Incharge At Bright Future
A Centre Incharge is responsible for planning and monitoring Bright Future’s Education and Livelihood interventions which are implemented in Community (Youth Development and Training Center and Drama for Development Program) and School Program in a given area. He/She supervises and guides the team of Facilitators, Social Workers and Change Leaders at the center to ensure that Bright Future’s objectives are met. Centre Incharge interacts and engages stakeholders like Parents, Community Leaders, School Principals, Teachers, Volunteers, Mentors and Employers.
Cluster Coordinator At Bright Future
A Cluster Coordinator is responsible for planning and monitoring Bright Future’s Education and Livelihood interventions which are implemented in Community (Youth Development and Training Center and Drama for Development Program) and School Program. He/She supervises and guides the Center In charges of multiple centers along with their teams to ensure that Bright Future’s objectives are met. The Cluster Coordinator also plays an instrumental role in building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders like employers amongst many other for ensuring aspirants get industry exposure through internships and placements.
Social Worker At Bright Future
A Social Worker is Bright Future’s interface to the community who interacts with the key stakeholders in the community like parents, local leaders, adolescents and youth, other NGOs etc. He/She plays a crucial role in mobilizing aspirants for the training program and working with parents to ensure that they have a positive communication with their adolescents and youth. A Social Worker also guides the Change Leaders who facilitate the Drama For Development program for creating awareness about social issues prevailing in their community through the methodology of Awareness, Action and Policy.
Facilitator – Retail At Bright Future
The Bright Future Facilitator is responsible for delivering the employability training program in Retail Domain by creating a positive learning environment at the centre to engage the Aspirants for achieving the learning objectives and organisation’s program objectives. A facilitator is responsible for planning and facilitating the sessions for aspirants, organising guest lectures, assessing the aspirants’s progress and sharing with them. The facilitator also plays a crucial role in conducting awareness sessions with the parents to ensure that the aspirants have a positive communication with their parents and a conducive environment to develop and become the person they want to be.
