In the backdrop of an evolving NGO landscape in India, Atma carried out its annual NGO recruitment drive in 2018-19. Our sample of ~100 education-focused NGOs in Mumbai, revealed a few interesting statistics. In terms of low experience with capacity-building (4%), low experience / younger organisations (<9 yrs) and low online presence (93%). See below for more details.
