The Operations Head is a leadership position for Bright Future and is responsible for delivery of all of Bright Future's programs (Livelihood and Step to Livelihood). The role is also responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with corporate organizations for placements of students post program completion. The role is a team leader for the operations team and has a P&L responsibility. This role is key for Bright Future for delivering on its vision by creating industry ready talent and ensuring that there are job opportunities for them.

The Manager- Monitoring and Evaluation supports the Head, Monitoring and Evaluation and is responsible to manage for managing the implementation of the Monitoring and Evaluating programs at Bright Future. The objectives of the role are to ensure that the expected outcomes of all Bright Future's programs are clearly understood and articulated by the organization and to ensure that the measurement of these outcomes is done regularly and with accuracy. This will help Bright Future to clearly articulate the impact of the program to donors, beneficiaries and other stakeholders, which will in turn strengthen the program and organisation's sustainability.

The Fundraising Manager will report to the Executive Director (ED) and will play a crucial role in implementing MMI’s vision for growth, which is to not only increase the reach of its program but also increase the richness and depth of existing relationships. The manager will manage potential and existing donor relationships with corporate organisations, individuals and foundations and lead fundraising activities such as grant-writing, organising fundraisers and online crowd-funding campaigns.

The Program Manager (PM) will report to the Executive Director (ED) and the Managing Director (MD) who heads the board of directors. The PM, as a lead of the Program team will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of the program is maintained as MMI scales to reach many more children across geographies ensuring each mentor-mentee pair is well supported individually and as a cohort. This includes managing a team of Program Coordinators and Senior Program Coordinators who oversee individual mentor-mentee pairs, overseeing the design and implementation of the program and impact evaluation, developing and updating MMI’s curriculum and building and maintaining relationships with local NGO/school partners.

The Sr. ROM will play a crucial role in operationalising MMI’s vision for growth, ensuring that the organisation’s systems and processes are poised to support the vision, and in both setting recruitment goals and strategies, and mobilising resources to meet them. This includes managing all aspects of the organisation’s mentor recruitment and day-to-day operations, including securing mentor partnerships, managing recruitment and outreach processes, strategic partnerships for expansion, finance, administration, legal and human resources.
