Atma Accelerator prepares organisations for scale

In 2022, Atma commissioned Sattva to conduct an independent impact evaluation of Atma's Accelerator programme on participating NGOs in the last 5 years. Here are the key insights emerging from the study:

4x average increase in stakeholders

2.2x average increase in funding

2.11x average increase in staff

85% of the partner organisations reported growing by 1 stage at least. While the bulk of partner organisations were reportedly on stage 3 at the time of joining, this shifts to stage 4 at the time of graduation

The average score for likeliness to recommend (on a scale of 1-10) is 8.04 (n=21) indicating a very high likelihood of partner organisations recommending the programme.
