There was a radical and pioneering effort that was done earlier this year, coordinated by Girish A. from Raahi: Impact – a hundred nonprofits from across India pooled their data, to create a community-driven benchmark, giving a broad sense of the salary levels they provide, and the benefits they give their employees.And then, they decided to also make some of this data public, so that it can help other nonprofits.
