Atma has been a part of the growth journey of many inspiring Education NGOs over the last 15 years


Atma Accelerator prepares organisations for scale

In 2022, Atma commissioned Sattva to conduct an independent impact evaluation of Atma's Accelerator programme on participating NGOs in the last 5 years. Here are the key insights emerging from the study:


4x average increase in stakeholders

2.2x average increase in funding

2.11x average increase in staff

85% of the partner organisations reported growing by 1 stage at least. While the bulk of partner organisations were reportedly on stage 3 at the time of joining, this shifts to stage 4 at the time of graduation

ATMA’S NET PROMOTER SCORE (NPS)


The average score for likeliness to recommend (on a scale of 1-10) is 8.04 (n=21) indicating a very high likelihood of partner organisations recommending the programme.

Framework with partners

The evaluation framework was based on the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s (OECD) Development Assistance Committee (DAC) principles for the evaluation of Development Assistance. The impact of the Accelerator programme is likely to continue after programme support has been withdrawn
